A booking fee will be requested to secure an appointment.

This is non refundable in the case of a no show or cancellation of less than 24 hours.

For bookings with a Gift Voucher, if you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation then 50% of the value of your Gift Certificate will be forfeited and you will be required to pay this value upon rebooking.
